TORONTO'S CHIROPRACTIC BIOPHYSICS PRACTICE
Correcting the root cause of your spinal problem - not just the pain
Most chiropractic care manages symptoms. We use Chiropractic BioPhysics (CBP) — one of the most researched techniques in the field — to measure, document, and correct spinal alignment for lasting results.

Documented spinal correction visible on X-ray — not just pain relief, but measurable structural change.
THE PROBLEM WITH TYPICAL CARE
If you've tried Chiropractic before and the pain keeps coming back — there's a reason
Most chiropractic adjustments relieve pain by temporarily mobilizing joints. That's valuable — but if the underlying spinal structure isn't corrected, the same stresses keep causing the same problem. It's like inflating a tire with a nail in it.
Symptom-based care

· Pain triggers a visit
· Adjustment provides relief
· No structural measurement
· Pain returns weeks later
· Cycle repeats indefinitely
Structural correction (CBP)

· X-ray baseline measurement
· Quantified correction goal
· Mirror-image rehab protocol
· Re-X-ray to confirm change
· Lasting spinal improvement
WHAT IS CHIROPRACTIC BIOPHYSICS?
The most researched chiropractic technique — with documented outcomes
CBP combines physics, engineering biomechanics, and clinical research to define what an ideal spine looks like — and a repeatable method to get there. It's the only chiropractic technique with a defined normal posture model backed by over 300 peer-reviewed publications.
01
Measure

Full-spine X-rays establish a precise baseline. We measure your spinal curves against published normals.
02
Correct

Mirror-image adjustments, traction, and rehab exercises are prescribed to move your spine toward the ideal.
03
Verify

Progress X-rays document actual structural change — not just how you feel, but what the spine shows.

CREDENTIALS AND TRAINING
Why training matters in CBP
CBP is not a self-declared technique. Practicing CBP technique requires completing a structured post-graduate training program through CBP NonProfit, Inc. — the organization that produces the research or from a Chiropractic College that offers it as a core technique. Very few chiropractors in Canada hold this training.
COMMON QUESTIONS
What patients ask before their first visit
How is CBP different from regular chiropractic?

Most chiropractic care focuses on joint mobilization to relieve pain. CBP uses X-ray analysis and a defined normal posture model to identify and correct underlying structural problems — with outcomes verified on follow-up X-rays.
How long does a correction program take?

Most structural correction programs run 6–12 months of active care, depending on the degree of misalignment and your response to treatment. We set measurable goals at the start so there's no open-ended commitment.
Is CBP covered by insurance in Ontario?
CBP visits are billed as standard chiropractic care, which is covered by most extended health plans in Ontario. We'll help you understand your coverage at the consultation.

Do I need a referral to see a chiropractor in Toronto?
No referral is needed. You can book directly. We do recommend that new patients come in for a full consultation first so we can review your history and determine whether CBP is the right fit.
